adm reveal grand total for charity donation

adm are thrilled to announce that employees’ fundraising efforts during 2018 raised just shy of £6,500 for Worldwide Cancer Research.

Fundraisers held across our offices included sports days, bake-offs, donut-decorating competitions, pancake-making days and in celebration of Fashion & Design month in September, a whole week’s worth of fashion-based fundraising. While adm’s North American offices enjoyed a ‘Crazy Hat’ day, white-themed parties complete with catwalks and photoshoots were thrown in Madrid and Barcelona. London-based adm-ers held an in-office fashion show and quiz.

Currently funding 101 cancer research projects globally across 70 different institutions, Worldwide Cancer Research strives to support the most promising research proposals irrespective of national borders or any geographical biases. Scientists stress that only a global search for answers will deepen our understanding of the disease and help develop better, more effective treatments. We are very proud to support such a worthwhile cause.

Our CSR Strategy Advisor, Ranja Sengupta, was delighted to present Worldwide Cancer Research representative, Matthew Ingledow, with a cheque for £6424.62. Ranja said, “It was great meeting Matthew, handing over the donations raised and discussing fundraising ideas for the year ahead. We’re aiming to raise £10,000 in 2019 and are looking forward to the fundraisers to come!”.
