adm Group, a leading global marketing services company, has been shortlisted by Sedex, an International non-profit organisation, in the category ‘Best Example of Continuous Improvement’ for the positive impact made within the supply chain.

Sedex helps 47,000 member businesses across 150 countries, to manage their performance around labour rights, health and safety, the environment and business ethics. From the membership three were shortlisted for this award including adm, a great recognition of the stringent processes adm has in place to ensure best-in-class CSR practices are followed. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place at the Sedex Conference in London on 13th March, with adm facing competition from Co-op and Mondelez to claim the award.

Justin Barton CEO at adm says: “We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted by Sedex for this award, especially knowing that we were up against some of the largest companies in the world. We recognise how important our Corporate and Social Responsibility practices are and the impact that our operations have on the world. Building strong relationships and processes with our supply partners combined with a focussed understanding of the environmental impact of the services we provide, ensures we drive compliance and sustainability throughout our supply chain and our global business.”

This nomination follows recognition in 2017 from EcoVadis where they rated adm’s performance in the top 0.4% of over 30,000 companies assessed and bestowed adm a Gold Advance award.
